Dawn is the founder of New Dawn Wellness and facilitator of sovereign, grounded leadership for midlife women.

With over two decades supporting women through physical, emotional, and identity transitions — and 8 years building and leading a thriving wellness community — she creates structured spaces where women move from over-functioning and burnout into calm strength.

Her approach blends embodied practice, nervous system insight, and steady leadership.
