Hi, I’m Dawn, and I’d love to welcome you to the New Dawn Reset Open Day.
I’m a Pilates & Yoga instructor, and a Menopause Experts Group-certified health and wellness coach. I’m also the founder of New Dawn Pilates & Yoga (New Dawn Wellness).
This space is created for you to feel safe, supported, and more at ease in your body, especially during seasons when things feel overwhelming or uncertain.
This Open Day isn’t about pushing you or “fixing” you.
It’s about meeting you where you are, and helping you take that first step back to yourself.

Everything you need to feel comfortable, informed, and confident before booking.
Not at all. This is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. You can go at your own pace.
Wear comfortable active or leisure wear. Bring your own mat if you have one. We also have mats available in the studio if needed. Also, bring socks, a towel and water.
You’re exactly who this is for. Everything is gentle, supportive, and guided.
No. This is a free experience for you to explore and see what feels right. No pressure at all.
Yes. We keep this intimate to ensure everyone feels supported, so bookings are essential.
