Hi, I’m Dawn.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance your body has been asking for your attention.
Maybe things don’t feel the way they used to.
Maybe you’ve felt disconnected, frustrated, or unsure of what’s happening.
I understand that—because I’ve been there too.
My own journey through hormonal changes and menopause wasn’t just physical.
It affected how I felt, how I thought, and how I showed up in my life.
And like many women, I tried to push through.
Until I realised my body wasn’t failing me—it was trying to communicate.
That’s what led me to this work.
Today, I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach with the Menopause Experts Group, a Pilates and Yoga instructor, and I guide women using nervous system work, subconscious reprogramming, and embodiment practices.
Because what I’ve seen—both personally and with the women I work with—is this:
You don’t need more pressure.
You need a different way of working with your body.
A way that helps you feel safe, supported, and connected again.
That’s what The Menopause Reset Experience is here to give you.

Everything you need to feel comfortable, informed, and confident before booking.
Yes, absolutely.
You don’t need any prior experience.
Everything in The Menopause Reset Experience is fully guided and designed to be simple, supportive, and accessible. You’ll never be asked to “do it right” or figure anything out on your own. You just follow along at your own pace.
Many women attending are completely new to these practices.
Yes, this space has been designed specifically with that in mind.
Everything is gentle, grounded, and focused on nervous system regulation (not intensity or pushing through). You are always in control of your own experience, and you’re welcome to pause, rest, or simply observe at any time.
If you’re navigating deeper mental health concerns, you’re still welcome to attend, and you’ll be encouraged to honour what feels right for you in your body.
This experience is for you whether you are:
* in perimenopause
* experiencing menopause symptoms
* or simply noticing changes in your body, mood, or energy
You don’t need a label for what you’re going through. If your body feels different and you’re seeking understanding and support, you’ll benefit from this session.
Yes, this is a free experience.
It is intentionally kept small so the space feels safe, supported, and personal for everyone attending. Because of the guided nature of the experience, there is a limited capacity to ensure each woman is held properly within the session.
We recommend reserving your spot early to avoid missing out.
Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a pen and notebook or paper for reflections.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and get comfortable in the space.
Everything else you’ll need for the experience will be provided in-studio.
