That’s what the Journey to Inner Peace Meditation Workshop is here to support.

If your mind feels busy, your nervous system feels stretched, and you've been craving a moment to simply stop, breathe, and be, this workshop was created for you.
Journey to Inner Peace is a guided meditation experience designed to help you slow down, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with a sense of calm.
You don't need any meditation experience.
You don't need to know how to switch off your thoughts.
You don't need to worry about "doing it right."
You'll be gently guided every step of the way in a safe, supportive space where you can relax, let go of the outside world, and simply receive.
Over three nourishing hours, you’ll be gently guided through a carefully curated experience designed to take you from mental overwhelm and constant doing into deep calm, clarity, and inner presence.
We begin by arriving together through a heart-opening cacao ceremony — a gentle ritual that helps you slow down, soften your awareness, and fully land in your body and the space.

From here, you’ll be guided through a progressive journey of meditation and breathwork practices.
Each layer is designed to help your nervous system unwind, your breath deepen, and your mind gently settle, so you can experience what it actually feels like to move from stress into presence.
You don’t need to know how to meditate or “do it right.” You’ll be guided step by step the entire way.
Throughout the experience, simple, practical techniques are woven in so you can start to feel what it’s like to return to calm in real time — not just in theory, but in your body.

We close with a relaxed morning tea, giving you space to integrate, reflect, and gently reconnect before stepping back into your day feeling more grounded, open, and spacious than when you arrived.

Hi, I’m Dawn — a nervous system and embodiment coach. I’ll be guiding you through this Journey to Inner Peace workshop.
This experience is designed for you if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or disconnected from yourself, and you’re ready for a space to finally slow down and reset.
I bring together movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system science in a way that’s simple, grounding, and supportive.
You don’t need any experience with meditation, and you don’t need to worry about doing anything right.
My focus throughout the workshop is to help you feel safe enough to soften, supported enough to let go of the mental noise, and guided enough to actually experience what calm feels like in your body.
This isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about giving yourself permission to arrive exactly as you are and be gently guided from there.

FAQs
Everything you need to feel comfortable, informed, and confident before booking.
Yes. This workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as those who’ve tried meditation before but haven’t been able to stick with it.
You don’t need any experience at all. You’ll be gently guided through everything step by step.
That’s very normal, and you won’t be expected to force your mind to be quiet or sit in silence for long periods.
The experience is designed to help your system settle gradually through guided meditation, breathwork, and simple practices that meet you where you are.
If your mind is busy, you’ll still be able to follow along.
You don’t need to push through anything. You can pause, rest, or simply sit and observe at any time.
Sometimes when the body finally slows down, emotions can naturally surface or be released — this is a normal response as your system unwinds.
You’ll be supported in a calm, grounded way throughout the entire experience.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can easily move and relax in.
You’re also encouraged to bring:
• A yoga mat
• A cushion or bolster
• A blanket
• Socks to keep your feet warm
• A towel
• Water
If you don’t have your own props, we do have mats and bolsters available to borrow. That said, bringing your own can help you feel more comfortable and create a more personal, cosy experience.
