Step away from the busyness of life and give yourself a day to restore, breathe, and reconnect.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be guided into a day of gentle nourishment, allowing your body, mind, and energy to restore naturally.

  • A welcoming opening ceremony. Take a moment to arrive, settle in, and let the day begin with calm and presence

  • Gentle yoga & mindful movement. Release tension, awaken your body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm

  • Guided meditation & breathwork. Slow your mind, restore your energy, and find ease within

  • Sound healing. A soothing journey to support deep relaxation and emotional balance

Meet Your Retreat Facilitator

Dawn Edwards-Jones

Hi, I’m Dawn.

I’m a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, wellness coach, and retreat facilitator, and the founder of New Dawn Pilates & Yoga (New Dawn Wellness) here in Cleveland.

For many years now, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for women through classes, workshops, retreats, and wellness experiences designed to support mind, body, and emotional well-being.

What I love most about retreat days like this is witnessing what happens when women finally give themselves permission to pause.

When the nervous system settles.

When the mind becomes quiet.

When the body softens.

It’s often in those moments that something beautiful begins — a sense of reconnection, clarity, and inner calm.

My intention for this retreat is simply to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and nurtured, so you can step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself.

It would truly be an honour to share this day with you.

Everything you need to feel comfortable, informed, and confident before booking.

Do I need yoga or meditation experience?

Not at all. Everything during the retreat is gentle and beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided through each practice in a supportive way, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

What should I bring?

Closer to the retreat date, you’ll receive a preparation email with all the details. Generally, just wear comfortable active or leisure wear. Bring your own mat if you have one, socks, towel, water, notebook and pen, and anything that helps you feel cosy like a blanket.

Will there be breaks during the day?

Yes. The day is designed to feel spacious and relaxed, with natural pauses and time to integrate the practices.

What if I feel nervous about coming alone

Many women attend our retreats on their own, and it often becomes a beautiful opportunity to meet like-minded women in a warm and welcoming environment.

You will be gently welcomed into the space and supported throughout the day.

Are places limited?

Yes. To keep the experience intimate and supportive, spaces are limited.
