A guided journey inward—where your breath becomes the bridge between where you are now, and where you’re ready to be.

What is Cosmic Breathwork?

It is a deeply immersive experience designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system.

You’ll be gently guided through:

  • Grounding

    Arrive, settle, and reconnect with the present moment—allowing your body to feel safe and supported.

  • Meditation

    A guided practice to quiet the mind and open you up to the experience ahead.

  • Cosmic Breathwork

    Using intentional breathing techniques, you’ll be invited to journey inward—releasing stored tension, emotions, and energetic blockages at your own pace.

  • Sound Healing

    Soothing frequencies will support your process, helping you drop deeper into relaxation and integration.

You are always in control of your experience.

You can go as deep or stay as gentle as feels right for you.

Meet Your Facilitator

Dawn Edwards-Jones

Hi, I’m Dawn.

As a Pilates and Yoga instructor, Women’s Wellness Coach, and healer, I’ve spent years holding space for women to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with more ease and clarity.

Cosmic Breathwork is one of the most powerful practices I’ve experienced—not just for relaxation, but for real emotional release and transformation.

In this session, I’ll be guiding you in a way that feels safe, supported, and grounded.

There’s no pressure to “do it perfectly”—just space for you to explore your breath and your inner world in your own way.

Is this safe for everyone?

Cosmic Breathwork is a gentle and guided experience designed to feel safe and supportive. However, breathwork isn’t recommended during pregnancy.

What if I’ve never done breathwork before?

That’s completely okay. Most of our clients are new to breathwork when they join.

You’ll be guided every step of the way, so all you need to do is show up, follow along, and allow yourself to experience it.

What might I feel during the session?

Everyone’s experience is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, lighter, or simply more present.

Some people experience a release, while others just enjoy a sense of calm and stillness—both are perfect.

Do I have to go “deep” into the experience?

Not at all. This is your journey.

You’re always in control and can go as deep—or stay as gentle—as feels right for you. There’s no pressure, no expectation.

What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?

You can pause, rest, or stop at any time.

We’ll be there to support you throughout, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

What should I wear and bring?

Please bring:

A yoga mat (you’re welcome to bring your own, or use one of the mats provided at the studio)

A blanket and cushion for comfort

An eye mask if you’d like

A journal and pen for reflection

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

Spaces are intimate and limited to ensure a safe, supportive, and deeply immersive experience.

Energy exchange: $55 for 90 minutes of guided breathwork, meditation, and sound healing for deep release and inner stillness.
