And if there’s one thing I’ve learned from supporting women through emotional overwhelm, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and self-disconnection, it’s this:

For years, I watched women blame themselves for struggling with consistency, motivation, and follow-through — when underneath it all, they were simply exhausted, emotionally overloaded, and disconnected from themselves.

That said, we know life can be busy and time zones can vary.
If you can’t attend live, replay access will be available, but for a limited time only.
